Prior to TikTok, Shivika worked at Microsoft where she led strategic pricing deals for Windows & Office Suite across all Emerging Markets, and also as a Data & AI Lead for Microsoft Azure with a focus on technology-driven AI transformation. She holds a Master’s in Economics from Columbia University, New York, and currently resides in London, UK.
