Leonardo Metelli brings over 25 years of leadership in digital advertising with a career spanning Brazil, London, and Europe. He currently heads Agency Development for Microsoft across EMEA, spearheading strategic partnerships and driving engagement across the region. Previously, Leonardo served as International Managing Director for Xbox Advertising (2014-2017), where he shaped global gaming ad strategies for top advertisers. He also was one of the first hires at Snapchat who went on to build its international agency development function in EMEA. Before that, Leo began his career in consulting at PwC, developing a strong foundation in client strategy. Since rejoining Microsoft in 2021, Leonardo has elevated the company's agency outreach and positioning across the EMEA region. He is currently finishing a Masters in Al at Oxford university. His deep cross-platform expertise, global perspective, and results-driven approach make him a compelling voice in Al and digital transformation.
