Build-up Day (Pre-show): Tuesday 10th November, 2026
SHELL SCHEME SETUP:
- Tuesday 10th November: 2:00pm - 8:00pm [Subject to change until August 1st 2026]
- If you arrive before 2:00pm, you will not be allowed into the hall to drop anything off or begin the set up of your stand, due to health and safety regulations.
SPACE ONLY BUILD TIMES:
- Please speak with your Account Manager regarding space only access times.

A code to book your vehicle unloading/loading slot will be provided by Dime Events [our Health and Safety Team] once all required H&S paperwork has been submitted.
All exhibitors and contractors must wear a hi-vis vest to enter the hall on Tuesday for build up, you will not be permitted entry into the hall without one. Hi-vis vests are available to purchase from Business Services at N4/S4 Floor -1, Excel London.
If you anticipate generating waste during build up, we strongly recommend pre-booking waste disposal through Excel London here. Any excessive waste left behind will incur additional charges, which will be billed to the exhibitor after the event. Pre-ordering a waste bin includes collection and disposal, and is typically more cost-effective than paying any post-event chargebacks.
No under 16s are allowed into the halls during build or breakdown for health and safety reasons. Please ensure you bring a valid ID with you.
Exhibition Open Days: Wednesday 11th & Thursday 12th November
DAY 1: WEDNESDAY
Exhibitor Access: 8:00am for final stand preparations, all building must be completed on Tuesday 10th.
Doors Open: 10:00am.
Doors Close: 5:00pm.
Exhibitor Party Details:
Join us for exclusive exhibitor networking drinks after the first day of the show. It’s a great opportunity to connect with fellow exhibitors and sponsors, enjoy a complimentary drink, and meet the show organisers. Don't forget to bring your exhibitor badge for entry!

Space Only Exhibitors: Please reach out to your Account Manager to confirm breakdown timings.
A hi-vis vest must be worn once breakdown begins, this is for your own safety as there will be vehicles moving around the hall.

Parking
Excel London offers a number of pre-bookable parking spaces beneath the venue, providing easy access to the exhibition halls. As the venue will be busy during the event, we strongly recommend booking parking in advance. Excel London has advised that any vehicles arriving without a pre-booked space are very likely to be turned away.
Pre-booked parking opens two months before the event.
