Stephen is the Global Franchise Development Director for IWG Plc, responsible for growing the Regus, Spaces and other group brands through franchise partnerships around the world.

Prior to this, he was Partnerships Director for Costa Coffee for 13 years, where he helped grow the business both in the UK and international markets. Stephen is a qualified Chartered Surveyor.
