Sandi has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, working across the UK and European markets. Since leaving the UK in 2015, she has lived and worked in a number of countries, giving her first-hand insight into the challenges and opportunities of international expansion and cross-border employment. With a particular focus on the Nordic region, Sandi has developed extensive expertise in helping international businesses establish and grow their operations across Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark. Her specialist knowledge includes Nordic work permits and immigration processes, talent sourcing, recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR) services, payroll, compliance, contractor management and local project support. Working with organisations across a range of different sectors, Sandi helps businesses navigate the complexities of hiring international talent, securing work permits and managing compliant workforces.
