Paul is the founder and Managing Partner at Samartin and Friends, a US law firm based in London, UK. Paul brings over two decades of US immigration law expertise and is highly regarded in the legal rankings for his technical accuracy and pragmatic, solutions-focused approach. Prior to his current role Paul was Founder and Partner at Ganguin Samartin and a former partner at Laura Devine Solicitors and headed its US team in London for eight years.

Paul specialises in business, entertainment/media, investment and personal immigration and provides high-level bespoke advice to SMEs, large multinationals, production companies and private individuals including high profile figures. Paul is regularly invited to speak on US immigration matters and is involved in the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association (AILA) – he is past Chair of the AILA Rome District Chapter. Paul has also written articles on US immigration issues for AILA and other publications.
