Jamie O'Brien and Garry Beattie lead Betr Business as Managing Director and Head of Sales respectively. Together they bring over 20 years of experience transforming large-scale sales and customer service organisations across UK utilities. Jamie inherited Shell Energy's broadband business ranked 9th with Ofcom and took it to first place in 18 months by redesigning customer experience from operations upward. Garry has built sales teams across some of the biggest sales organisations, learning how B2C principles of transparency and customer accountability actually work at commercial scale.
