Carrie Timms is the head of business marketing for Meta in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Her team of over 100 is responsible for marketing to companies that advertise on Meta’s platforms – from neighbourhood shops to startups to multinationals. Prior to this, Carrie was Vice President of Global Media, Categories and Partnerships at Unilever.
Born in Ghana, Carrie moved to the UK at age 3 and completed her formal education at Oxford University. She is married with two young daughters and in her spare time, when not discussing Disney characters, can be found circuit training or enjoying her husband’s great cooking.
