As Director of Commercial and Corporate Services at AccuTrace, he leads business structuring, compliance, and advisory services, helping international clients navigate UAE’s legal and regulatory landscape.

He holds a Master of Law (LL.M) in International Trade Law from Nottingham Trent University, UK, and has served in key legal counsel roles across sectors including finance, real estate, and facilities management. Bilingual in Arabic and English, Omar brings deep expertise in contract law, commercial transactions, and cross-border business setup.
