THE CHALLENGE

A company specialising in pet products and grooming wanted to start selling in Europe using Amazon, the world’s largest online retailer.

THE SOLUTION 

ATC member, Wolfestone, used highly-qualified industry-specific translators to translate e-mails, website content, paid ads, SEO keywords and more content into Danish, Portuguese, Swedish and Norwegian.

This company develops and manufactures some of the world’s leading cleaning and hygiene products to keep the public safe.

THE SOLUTION 

ATC member Word360 Interpreting and Translation Services translated their highly-technical labelling information to the standards needed to sell these tightly-regulated markets, ensuring all claims on the labels were accurate, keeping to the space restrictions on labels and getting the legally-controlled safety warnings spot on.

THE OUTCOME

THE CHALLENGE 

SSP operates food and beverage outlets such as Starbucks and Burger King in travel hubs such as airports, train stations and motorway service stations worldwide.

ATC member, Interpretation Solutions Limited, helped the company to hold their European Works Council meeting remotely for the first time with human interpreting built into the conferencing system.

Their technicians ran simultaneous translation from English to French, German, Spanish and Norwegian for attendees to access on their own phone, computer or tablet. Subsequent meetings were held virtually, saving on travel costs, lowering their carbon footprint and making them more sustainable, while achieving all the goals of the Council Meetings.
