As companies start to plan to expand to new markets and new territories, forward planning on how they will identify and hire the people requires to support this expansion.
This includes: researching the target markets, and any barriers to entry. Once a target market is identified, how do you make sure that you are going global compliantly. Then how do you actually go about finding the talent and are you ready and prepared for varying timescales, language and cultural differences and understanding what is important to employees in different regions.
Our seminar will seek to provide a high level overview of how to navigate each stage, and what types of challenges a company should be ready for as they plan to hire employees globally. This will cover 2 main areas – compliance and culture.
