- Scouting potential distributors, importers, and partners
- Participation in trade shows, events, B2B missions, organizing meetings and follow-ups
- Management of initial commercial negotiations, negotiating terms and conditions
2. Farming: Management and development of already acquired clients.
- Monitoring purchase volumes, analyzing recurring needs
- Upselling and cross-selling to increase profitability per client
- Relationship consolidation through periodic visits, event participation, and training
