Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FIPA)
Gordan Milinić, who was born in 1957 in Bileća (B&H) is the director of Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FIPA). Mr. Milinić graduated from University in Sarajevo, Faculty of Law. In the period of 1980-1996 he worked as a lawyer in private lawyer office and in various companies and institutions. In 1997 Mr. Milinić worked in Government of Republic of Srpska as an assistant to the Minister of Foreign Affairs. He spent most of his working life in Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina where he worked as: Minister-Counsellor (Head of Department for Planning and Information); Consul General of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Stuttgart, Germany; Minister-Counsellor, Deputy Head of Mission, Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Berlin, Germany and the end he is appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Russian Federation (and non-resident in the countries of former Soviet Union). He speaks two foreign languages: English and Russian
